NOT SURE IF YOU REALLY HAVE ANY TRUE AVIATION EXPERIENCE, ALTHOUGH IF YOU DID YOU WOULD ALSO KNOW THAT THE CONTROLLER WOULD BE ASKING THE PILOT IF HE WAS "DECLARING AN EMERGENCY " NOT TELLING HIM THAT HE WOULD HAVE FOLKS WAITING.
AS MENTIONED, THIS VIDEO IS SERIOUSLY AN INSULT TO EVERY YOUNG PILOT WHO MAY BELIEVE THEY CAN PULL OFF THE SAME LANDING.
I FLEW IN THE USAF FOR 10 YEARS AND IN COMMERCIAL AVIATION FOR OVER 30 YEARS.
THERE IS SO MUCH BS IN THIS VIDEO.

Nice work, way to stay calm in a pressured situation where weighing circumstantial options is life and death for those involved.
Any landing you can walk away from is called a good landing. 👍

Does anybody know why he puts his hand on the "dash" like that? Is he just bracing himself to keep himself steady? Seems like at a crucial time both hands would be on the yolk, no?

His sphincter was generating pressure sufficient to snap a crowbar but even that is not good enough to keep the orifice hermetically sealed.

He didn't lose the engine, it's still right up front. When you actually lose an engine it really messes with your CG.

Good job! Not a scratch! Hopefully the owner of the field invited you for a tea to help stop your hands shaking.
I was worried for a moment when you pitched down so much. You know, don't have to land immediately, you could have used the time you had to go around and give the field once over for example to look for ditches, which tend to be difficult to see if they are grown over.
